What this site is

ChineseMemes is an educational guide. All explanations, translations and commentary are original writing. Memes, characters and brand names referenced (including Nailong, Capoo and WeChat) belong to their respective owners and are referenced for explanation only.

Use of content

You may quote short excerpts of explanations with credit and a link. The “when to use” guidance is cultural commentary, not a guarantee of how any individual will receive a meme.

Pricing

The Free tier is free. Pro ($9/mo) is a teaser: it is not available, not billed, and no purchase can be made on this site today.

Liability

Content is provided “as is” for general information. Meme meanings shift quickly; if usage has moved on, the contact page is the place to say so.
